What is included in a post-construction cleaning?

This is the final clean, after your contractor has hauled away materials and large debris. We remove the fine dust and the mess that is left so you can move in or open your doors.

Kitchen

• Drywall and sawdust cleaned off counters, backsplash and sinks
• Inside cabinets and drawers wiped out
• Appliances wiped inside and out
• Paint specks and sticker residue removed where it comes off safely
• Floors vacuumed, then mopped

Bathrooms

• Tubs, showers, toilets and vanities cleaned
• Tile and grout cleaned of dust and haze
• Mirrors, glass and fixtures wiped
• Floors vacuumed, then mopped

How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

Every remodel is different, so we price after a free walkthrough. As a guide, it is about twice the price of a standard clean for the same size home. Dust levels, square footage and the number of rooms decide the final number. You get a flat price in writing before we start.

A $50 deposit holds your date and comes off your final bill.
